This program is for pregnant mothers who are between 12-week to 32 weeks mark in their pregnancy journey.

This is NOT for You If:

Your doctor has advised not to Exercise.
You have a cervical stitch.
 You are less than 12 weeks pregnant.
You have been diagnosed with placenta previa.
 Severe PIH or eclampsia or pre-eclampsia.
You have a history of premature dilation of the cervix.
There is a possibility of preterm labor.
Your doctor has recommended bed rest or

restrictions on exercise due to any other medical condition.
